Managing Your Team's Work

When your team has been assigned to work orders, you will see those work orders listed in the Just My Work/Just My Teams section of the dashboard. From here, you can view work orders in the queue and assign them to yourself as needed.

How to Manage Your Team's Work

  1. From your dashboard, click on Just My Work/Just My Teams.
  1. On the My Work/My Teams screen, your work will be organized to show your assignments at the top, and then your team(s) assignments below.
  2. To assign a work order to yourself from one of your teams, hover your mouse over the work order, and then click the Assign Me link. This will move the work order to your My Work section.
